Marketing Director

Position Summary:
The Marketing Director is a senior-level leader within the Studer Education team responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. They manage budgets, oversee marketing teams, and analyze campaign performance to drive growth. Key responsibilities include digital strategy, market research, event planning and execution, and content direction. This is a full-time position that reports to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Designing long-term marketing strategies that align with overall company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, mentoring, and leading the marketing department to ensure creative and operational success.
- Campaign Management: Overseeing the creation and execution of event, sales, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using KPIs.
- Budgeting: Developing and managing the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Brand Management: Ensuring consistent branding across all communication channels.
- Market Research: Conducting competitor analysis and identifying new market opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar senior role.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and market research tools.
- Digital Proficiency: Expertise in design, digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Location in the Denver metro area is preferred
